…Nothing About Internet Marketing…
Ok, this really has nothing to do about internet marketing or web design, but being both of those was effect in the cause. Being an online professional we tend to get soooooo focused on project and process of our day to day work habits that we forget about schedule exercise and so much more.
It is so easy to sit and snack and get into bad eating habits and even worse exercise habits. With that being said I decided to make a change after seeing pictures from an event earlier this year, I decided something had to change. It’s taken a little longer than expected about 45 days but I’ve managed to loose 10 lbs. (know if I can remember where I lost it so I don’t go back and find it LOL)
I know that isn’t a lot but it’s a start. What did I change? I cut back on the soda changed to more water and tea and no eating after 7:30 if at all possible. Some times at events its hard not to eat after that period so just eat sensible. If you have to snack make it a smart snack (and just take a handful and not just guess from the bag or box). With spring finally here outdoor exercise like walking and bike rides will help move this along faster.
As I said not really anything about internet marketing except I’m sure I’m not the only one that is trying to fight a few extra pounds gained from sitting at the keyboard at all hours of the day and night. And I just had to blog about it because with putting in print it makes it a noticeable mile stone for me and will help make it further.
If you are fighting the same challenge good luck. A good friend and mentor of mine Armand Morin said this in a training and it applies to so much in every day life . “If you keep doing things they way you’ve always done them, then things will remain the way they’ve always been.” This thinking made me think somethings got to change and it did and I’ve seen the results.
I’ll have another website mistake or marketing tip soon I just had to share this as a proof positive for myself.
Thanks so much for reading.
I wish you much success and all the best in everything you do!
